Bar-B-Q and Finales — Oh My!

Friday, August 12th

Rain or Shine — Air Conditioning to Keep You Cool

Together, let’s celebrate the library’s 40th anniversary and all the reading our young patrons and teens accomplished this summer. We can almost smell the delicious barbecued chicken dinners and hear the laughter!

The evening will start at 4:00 with the Youth Services’ Finale. All children who participated in our reading program for four weeks will receive an invitation to this great evening. Games, bouncy bounces, face painting and more!

The Bar-B-Q will be available from 5:00-7:00. If you want to guarantee your meal, you can pre-order using this form. Every chicken dinner includes a baked potato, coleslaw, roll & butter, cookie, and a drink. Payments can be made online or in person with cash or check (payable to “Friends of the Library”).

The evening will continue with the Teen Finale from 7:00-9:00. It’s a luau for all teens who participated in the teen’s summer reading program. Sign up here to attend the Teen Finale.

We hope to see you there!
